Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detailoriented Content Data Management Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role focuses on the accurate movement and maintenance of data particularly books from physical to digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Convert physical book data into digital formats using specialized data entry software.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data during the conversion process.
Data Management:
- Maintain the digital database of books ensuring all data is uptodate and valid.
- Regularly review and update content to maintain data integrity.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform routine checks to ensure data validity and correctness.
- Implement corrective actions for any discrepancies or errors found in the data.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth data management processes.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure data requirements are met.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in data entry and content management.
Previous experience in publishing or ed tech sectors is mandatory.
Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry software and content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
