Job Description

Weekend Customer Services Advisor (Remote)

National Living Wage

Location:

Remote:After a weeks training (MonFriday at our Support Centre in Hams Hall Distribution Park Coleshill) this will be a remote based position.

There is some flexibility with the training week We need at least 2 days onsite during that week so we can get you set up with the IT equipment the remaining 3 days could be trainedremotely although we do prefer to do this in person where possible.

Hours: 8

Working Pattern:

  • Saturday: 8:45 12:45
  • Sunday: 9:45 1:45

Become a Customer Services Advisor

Youll be the captain of making smoothsailing customer order requests a walk in the park so theyre left wideeyed and bewondered by the sheer awesomeness of their experience with you.

Handling online orders general queries and working with other departments such as our supply chain to follow up on customer orders is all part of the amazing service youll be providing.
