Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing training materials for graphic design concepts and tools.
• Conducting training sessions to educate trainees on design principles and software proficiency.
• Assessing the trainees progress and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborating with the design team to create realworld project simulations for practical learning.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously update training content.
• Guiding trainees in developing a professional portfolio showcasing their design work.
• Providing mentorship and guidance on industry etiquette and work ethic.
• Organizing workshops and seminars to foster a community of learning among trainees.
• Creating assessments and examinations to evaluate trainees comprehension and skills.
• Assisting in recruiting and selecting potential candidates for the training programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Proven experience in professional graphic design projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex design concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Passion for nurturing and developing emerging talent in the graphic design field.
• Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Experience in conducting training or teaching is a plus.
