Our headquarters are in Los Angeles California but we are a truly global company with teammembers across the U.S. Europe South America Africa and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the worlds best talent.

The Role

We are searching for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role you will turn data insights into actionable strategies that support our business operations and drive our growth. You will work closely with various teams to collect analyze and interpret data to aid in decisionmaking and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities as a Data Analyst

• Collect analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends patterns and insights.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide relevant data solutions.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support datadriven decisionmaking.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Stay uptodate with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to improve processes and deliverables.

What Youll Achieve in the First Few Months

• Within 1 month understand our data infrastructure and key business metrics and begin to analyze data and generate reports.

• Within 3 months contribute to major projects and provide insights that inform important business decisions.

• By 6 months become a trusted data advisor for various teams and independently manage data analysis projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Experience in a remote startup environment

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Python R or similar.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar.

• Experience with Hubspot CRM.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud or Azure is a plus.
