Join the Legal Side of Streaming! Dutch Video Content Analyst (Legal Operations)
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
Start Dates: 11 November 2024 25 November 2024 9 December 2024

Whats the Job About

Picture this: You are part of the team that makes the internet a safer fairer place! As a Video Content Analyst at Legal Ops youll handle requests about the content uploaded to one of the biggest video streaming platforms in the world (you know the one ). Youll be reviewing legal issues like privacy claims defamation cases and even fraud or content falsification. Its all about making sure the platform stays within the law while keeping creators and audiences safe.

Youll work in a chill backoffice environment in beautiful Lisbon managing all the legal aspects while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Reviewing legal requests: privacy claims defamation fraud and falsification of documents
  • Making sure everything is aligned with company policies and legal standards
  • Keeping things accurate and timely youll be the master of case processing!
  • Supporting the team in tracking cases so nothing slips through the cracks

Who Were Looking For:

  • Dutch C1
  • English B2
  • No experience needed! yep we mean it. You dont need a contact center or legal experience to join!
  • Understanding KPIs is your jam (or youll learn!)
  • If youve got 012 months of admin experience or a legal/travel industry background even better!

    What We Offer:
    Annual Base Salary: 14000 EUR
    Language Premium Bonus: 2100EUR/year
    Meal Allowance: 7.63EUR/day (net paid on a meal card tasty!)
    Transportation Bonus: 720EUR/year
    Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of your gross salary!
    Health & Life Insurance: Family plan included (spouse/partner kids)

What You Need:

  • Valid EU ID Residence card or Certificate of Protection (from after March 2022)

Contract & Next Steps:

  • A 1month training contract to get you up to speed followed by a 1year fixedterm contract with a 30day probation period
  • The hiring process includes an Initial Screening Work Language Assessment an Ops Round and a final chat with HR.
