The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing daytoday operations streamlining processes coordinating production activities and ensuring seamless delivery of products to our valued customers. As the Operations Manager you will collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiency manage resources effectively improve productivity and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and manage complex crossfunctional strategic and operational projects as needed ensuring seamless planning execution and timely delivery.

  • Serve as the connective tissue for crossfunctional teams (e.g. Marketing Sales Engineering Finance People and other internal groups etc.) fostering collaboration knowledge sharing and guiding teams towards shared objectives.

  • Inspire teams to challenge the status quo promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.

  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and minimize errors.

  • Manage and evaluate the performance of the operations team providing regular feedback coaching and guidance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends developments and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.



    About You:

    • Proven experience in operations management within an ecommerce manufacturing or fulfillment environment. Experience working with a startup is ideal.

    • Bachelors degree in Operations Management Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve common goals.

    • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a resultsoriented approach.

    • Proficient in using relevant software applications and systems for operations management such as ERP systems project management software and inventory tracking tools.

    • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles including procurement production planning and inventory control.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

    • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive operational improvements.

    • Fluency in articulating thoughts and processes both verbal and written

    • Remoteready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM noisecanceling headset and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed with a quiet space to take calls
