Job Description

As a Dedicated Key Account Manager at MyTravaly you will play a critical role in optimizing revenue for our hotel partners. You will be responsible for managing tariffs inventories reservations and payouts while building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your goal is to enhance hotel profiles and booking engines through digital and social influence and local collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building

  • Communication:

    • Engage with hotel partners via calls emails face to face meeting and WhatsApp to provide personalized support.
    • Introduce yourself as the dedicated key account manager ensuring partners know you are their point of contact for optimizing hotel revenue.
  • Extranet Training:

    • Organize and conduct extranet training sessions to help hotel partners manage their online presence effectively.
  • Content Management:

    • Assist in restructuring images room descriptions and other content to improve the hotel s online profile.
  • Channel Manager Integration:

    • Connect and integrate the hotel s management systems with MyTravaly s channel manager or any other companys channel manager.

2. Resources Building

  • Profile Optimization:

    • Enhance hotel booking engines and profiles using digital marketing strategies social media influence and local collaborations.
  • Tariff and Inventory Management:

    • Regularly update tariffs and inventories to reflect current offerings and availability.
    • Ensure hotel partners receive updates via WhatsApp or email.

3. Booking Confirmation & Payout

  • Booking Management:

    • Ensure bookings are automatically confirmed when connected through MyTravaly s channel manager.
    • Adjust tariffs when necessary to resolve any pricing issues.
  • Guest Experience:

    • Follow up to ensure smooth guest checkins.
  • Payout Training and Management:

    • Educate hotel partners on the auto payout process emphasizing the importance of verifying GCC/OTP on the booking URL.
    • Manually verify and initiate payouts if a hotelier misses the automatic process.

4. Partnership Development

  • Prospect Building:

    • Identify and build new prospects for MyTravaly.
  • Communication and FollowUp:

    • Reach out to potential hotel partners via calls and emails.
    • Follow up diligently to assist hoteliers in listing their properties on MyTravaly.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Hospitality Management Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in account management customer service or sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
    • Ability to conduct training sessions and create instructional materials.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
