Affiliate Manager- Southeast Asia

• Assist in developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through outreach networking and research.
  
• Support existing affiliate partners by providing timely communication troubleshooting issues and offering optimization suggestions.
  
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as clicks conversions and revenue to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Assist in negotiating and managing affiliate agreements and commission structures.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign launches promotions and incentive programs.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting affiliate marketing.
  
• Provide regular reporting and insights to management on affiliate program performance.
  
• Support the planning and execution of affiliate marketing events conferences and networking opportunities.
  

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
  
• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and tools is a plus.
