Job Description
Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Setup: Work from Office
Salary Range: Php 90000.00 to Php 120000.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am5pm PST (11pm 8am PHT)
Our client specializes in providing remote staffing and outsourcing helping companies build dedicated teams to manage various business functions. They handle the entire recruitment training and operational management process for both officebased and homebased staff ensuring businesses can scale efficiently and costeffectively. By leveraging their services companies can enhance productivity while reducing operational costs.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Plan company s digital marketing strategy.
Completes diverse digital marketing projects such as web design organic and paid ads campaigns and onpage SEO.
Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings.
Analyze website data to improve user experience and conversions.
Creates and schedules email marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.
Create A content and improve Amazon listings and company page.
Handles online presence and attends to different customer reviews and feedback (especially negative ones).
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications as a Digital Marketing Specialist:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in ecommerce especially in Shopify and Amazon.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
Excellent project management and problemsolving skills.
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills.
Understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
KPIs of the Digital Marketing Specialist:
1. Cost Per Click (CPC):
Maintain an efficient average cost for each click on PPC ads.
2. ClickThrough Rate (CTR):
Achieve a high ratio of users who click on ads to the total number of users who view the ads.
3. Conversion Rate:
Increase the percentage of users who complete a desired action after clicking on an ad.
4. Return on Ad Spend (ROAS):
Calculate and maximize the revenue generated for each dollar spent on advertising.
5. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC):
Minimize the cost to acquire a new customer through PPC campaigns.
6. Keyword Performance:
Analyze and utilize keywords that drive the most traffic and conversions.
7. SEO Metrics:
Monitor and improve organic search rankings and organic traffic growth.
8. Email Marketing Performance:
Track and enhance open rates clickthrough rates and conversion rates for email campaigns.
9. Amazon Advertising Metrics:
Measure and optimize sales and ROI from Amazon advertising campaigns.
10. User Experience (UX) Metrics:
Analyze and improve metrics such as bounce rate average session duration and page load time to enhance website user experience.
