The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales with a focus on managed
DevOps. This role requires proactive lead generation client engagement and solution
selling to expand our client base in the United States.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients in the US
market who require managed DevOps cloud integration Kubernetes consulting
or security and compliance services.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers
and influencers in target organisations through effective communication and
presentations.
Solution Selling: Understand clients & business needs and pain points to offer
tailored solutions that align with our service offerings.
Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline efficiently by tracking leads
opportunities and activities using CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding
of services offered and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and
market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively
closing deals and expanding companys client base in the US market.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in IT sales preferably in selling
software services to US clients.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with managed DevOps cloud technologies
Kubernetes and IT security concepts.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the
ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and nurturing client
relationships with strong networking and negotiation skills.
Result Orientation: Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives meet targets
and thrive in a performancedriven environment.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving market trends client needs and
organizational priorities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a
related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
