IT Project Manager

Required:
8 10 years of IT experience
5 years as a Project Manager

Must have recent 2 years of health care experience with TriZetto Facets implementation migration Or upgrade
Leads plans executes monitors controls and closes projects for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role oversees and directs complex $5M enterprisewide corporate initiatives involving 1550 stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams utilizing Agile methodology to deliver results
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 25% Actively plans and manages largescale Waterfall or Agile projects holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones scope cost resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery
25% Plans and owns project finances which includes timing implications and key payment dates while proactively reporting status scorecard creation and fulfilling project analysis requests by using critical and creative thinking
25% Leads and contributes to vendor selection and procurement activities under program manager guidance while identifying producing and fulfilling resource and golive operational plans to ensure project success
25% Prepares key documents presents business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring projects through project funding conversations and initiation ceremonies

Education Level: Bachelors Degree PMP nice to have
Education Details: Health Informatics Information Technology Information Systems or related discipline
Experience: 5 years experience leading projects in a crossfunctional technical systems implementation
