Sales Negotiator
Stanmore
Basic £23000 £25000 (depending on experience)
Sales Commission 10%
Instruction commission 2%
Monthly Car Allowance £170.00 PM
Realistic OTE £40000
Guaranteed Commission for the first Four months as kick start to build up own pipeline
5 day week (1 Saturday off each month)
The Role
Our clients are a highly reputable well known agency. They are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator initially based in Stanmore but covering both Stanmore & Harrow areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months agency experience in either of these areas or in North/North West London.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations conduct property viewings negotiate offers agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion. You will also be expected to look at all opportunities to cross sell our range of products and services.

- Must have minimum 1/2 years’ agency experience
- Must live in North/North West London/South Hertfordshire or have fairly easy access to Harrow/Stanmore
- Be target orientated and hungry to maximise their earnings
- Resilient positive and friendly
- A Full UK driving licence holder and your own car is essential
