Job Description

  • Conduct indepth consultations to assess client eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs (e.g. Express Entry Provincial Nominee Programs Employment based immigration Family Sponsorship)
  • Provide clients with clear and uptodate information on Canadian immigration laws regulations and procedures
  • Assist clients in gathering and preparing all necessary documentation for their applications
  • Meticulously review and edit application packages to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with government officials on behalf of clients if required
  • Stay current on changes to Canadian immigration policies and programs
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and provide exceptional customer service


  • Requirements

  • Member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
  • Minimum 23 years of experience working as a Canadian immigration consultant
  • Indepth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs
  • Fluency in English and French is a strong asset
