Job Description

Role Summary:

The person will be responsible to meet talent requirements by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, onboarding, and joining.

Role description:

  • Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on the needs.
  • Source candidates using different search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and conducting initial interviews.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating with the Hiring Managers
  • Perform reference checks for the selected candidates.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for the selected candidates through regular communication and process compliance.
  • Complete the hiring procedure in HRMS and personnel file creation for selected candidates.
  • Perform company mapping by targeting company competitors.
  • Manage and utilize company’s internal database effectively.
  • Providing recruitment status reports as and when required
  • Strategizing and recruiting nationals for suitable vacancies.

Personal qualities:

The ideal candidate for the Recruiter role has the following skills, personal qualities and experiences:

  • Professional diploma/ degree in human resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of recruiting for Fit out Industry will be an added advantage.
