Job Title: Advisory_Deal maker (Contract)
Duration: 6 -12 months
Location: Bahrain
Job Scope:
- Originate business from the Firms own network.
- Tap into business opportunities from new client/investor segments.
- Analyze business opportunities, determine fit, assess viability, survey market dynamics at play and create project rollout plans.
- Financial engineering and investment structuring.
- Build and review financial models, run sensitivity analyses, and determine key performance measures for the various investment opportunities the Firm is considering.
- Coordinate with and supervise third party consultants and technical partners.
- Obtain all necessary approvals, internally and externally in relation to the assignment in hand.
- Prepare and execute all necessary transaction documents, investment agreements, promotional and marketing material, etc.
- Supporting the promotion and marketing of any given project or transaction and handle technical queries from potential partners and investors, as required.
- Ongoing financial advisory and business support for clients / projects / investee companies, etc.
- Ongoing review and monitoring of the performance of clients / projects / investee companies;
- Periodic reporting and preparation of statements, as necessary.
Education:
- Accounting, Finance, or Investment background
- Years of Experience Circa 10-15 years of relevant exposure
- Relevant Exposure Investment, Asset Management, Advisory
