Performance Automotive Reception Supervisor Kanoo Performance - Service Tubli Bahrain

Your role will involve assisting technicians in vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including complex electrical system repairs and mechanical failures. You will also be responsible for conducting periodic services, general repairs, and engine or transmission replacements as needed. Additionally, you will handle customer queries and submit technical requests to McLaren based on manufacturer's guidelines.

A key aspect of your role will be managing the warranty process in accordance with McLaren's warranty guidelines. You will ensure proper documentation and submission to facilitate efficient handling of warranty claims. Throughout your work, it will be essential to uphold and enforce all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies to maintain the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. By effectively overseeing workshop operations, providing technical support, and ensuring adherence to quality standards, you will contribute to the success and reputation of Kanoo Performance in the publishing industry.

We, at EK Kanoo looking for a Performance Automotive Reception Supervisor at Kanoo Performance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the workshop operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and effective flow of operations while maintaining high-quality standards. You will supervise a team of technicians and provide them with the necessary training and support to carry out their duties. you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of experience and education. A diploma in mechanical engineering or a relevant degree is required for this position.
