Information Technology Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement Cybersecurity Strategies: Develop and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect company devices and data.
• Network Management: Diagnose and resolve network issues to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
• Vendor Management: Communicate effectively with IT providers to identify and implement solutions for technical issues.
• CRM and Systems Integration: Oversee all integrations related to our CRM system, including payment gateways, telecommunication services, and other third-party providers.
• CRM System Expertise: Learn and master our CRM system to assist team members and implement various structures and workflows within the CRM.
• IT Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain company hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity and business continuity.
• IT Support: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate documentation of IT policies, procedures, and system configurations.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for employees on new systems, software, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve IT operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT operations management, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in network management and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CRM systems and integration with third-party providers.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL) are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must.
