Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Academic Counsellor to join our team.
The Executives responsibilities include generating leads making calls continuously updating our database and meeting sales targets.
To be successful as an Academic Counselor you should be an inspired selfstarter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately a topnotch Academic Counselor should be able to build rapport with candidates and close the deal.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving the set sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone via email and in person.
- Handling candidate s questions inquiries and complaints.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database and student database.
- Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Research colleges universities to develop leads for placement partners.
Requirements
- Graduation is a must.
- Candidates with interest in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales programs.
- Good convincing and problemsolving skills.
- Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday.
