We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) Security Operations (SEC/OPS) or Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of business process consulting (BPC).
Requirements
- Proven track record in business process consulting.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA): Essential for understanding the fundamentals of ServiceNow.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese.
- It is ideal to have the Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer certificates.
