We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Expert with deep expertise in the Human Resources module focusing on the HR Delivery Service (HRDS) workflow and the HR Service Management (HRSM) point of delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring implementing and optimizing ServiceNow HR solutions to align with organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow HR module solutions with a specific focus on the HRDS workflow and HRSM point of delivery.
Configure and customize ServiceNow HR applications and integrations with other systems to enhance HR service delivery efficiency.
Provide expertlevel technical support troubleshooting and resolution for ServiceNow HR module issues including HRDS and HRSM configurations.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for HR module configurations workflows (including HRDS) and integrations to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
Requirements
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
Proficiency in JavaScript Angular and HTML for customizing and developing ServiceNow.
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience with ServiceNow specifically focusing on HR module implementation and support with a demonstrated understanding of HRDS workflows.
This role requires bilingual candidates in English and Spanish / English and Portuguese.
