We are looking for a dedicated ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Supplier Lifecycle Management to join our team. The role will involve implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to manage the supplier lifecycle effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement processes Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) and experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to streamline supplier onboarding performance evaluation and compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Management solutions tailored to organizational procurement needs.
Configure workflows and processes within ServiceNow to automate and streamline supplier onboarding ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Develop and implement mechanisms for evaluating supplier performance including KPI tracking and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow.
Integrate contract management functionalities with Supplier Lifecycle Management processes to ensure contract compliance and renewal tracking.
Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies within ServiceNow to manage supplier risks effectively throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Management modules.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Lifecycle Management or related procurement processes with handson experience in ServiceNow implementation.
Strong understanding of procurement processes supplier management and Supplier Lifecycle Management best practices.
This role requires bilingual candidates in English and Spanish / English and Portuguese.
