Job Description
Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Duration: 5 Years
Location: Brooklyn New York.
Note: Onsite Role.
Job Description:
Service Now Administrator shall have at least three (3) years of professional or technical experience in IT with a strong background in all aspects of customer service.
Required skills:
- Account Administration
- Provisioning
- Roles and responsibilities
- Dash boarding and reporting
- Creation of dashboards
- Maintaining interfaces from other systems to include data in dashboards
- Creation of reports
- Assisting users in the creation of their own reports
- Assist in creating administrative and TSC policies and documentation
- Backup person for the TSC project manager
