Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company

Duration: 03 months contract

Location: Billerica MA 01821

Shift: 1ST Shift Required 4 days onsite per week. 1 day Work from Home

Job Description:

• Handle ER/HR Employee Concerns Review/Investigate Employee/Management Concerns
• Support Supervisors/People Managers with coaching and consultation
• Interpret Policies
• Intake of ELR concerns interpret next steps per ER procedures and submit cases into ServiceNow
• Evaluate concerns through investigations involving ELR Manager and Employment Law as needed
• Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
• Flexible role supporting a 24/7 operation potentially attending meetings on different shifts

Top 3 Responsibilities:

1. Manage intake and interpretation of ELR concerns
2. Submit concerns/cases into ServiceNow and progress accordingly
3. Support People Managers with Disciplinary or Performance Management concerns
