• 
  Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate the picking packing and shipping of orders in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.

• Warehouse Organization: Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods ensuring proper utilization of space.

• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet company standards.

• Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety in the warehouse enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff providing guidance and training as needed to maintain a highperforming team.

• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.

• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to coordinate inbound shipments and resolve any issues related to deliveries.

• Logistics: Coordination with inhouse and third party logistics vendors and follow up on delivery to ensure on time closure.

• Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse performance including inventory levels order fulfillment metrics and expiry details and damaged stock.

• Other Tasks:

  • Create Delivery Orders and Advance shipment Notice for streamlined operations.

  • Inbounding of stock on Inventory management system.

  • Maintain daily trackers to ensure real time visibility of stock movements

  • Maintain records of hard and soft copies of DCs.

  • Support the sales team with order placements.
