Sr Project Manager Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet organizational goals budgets and timelines. This role requires excellent leadership strategic planning and communication skills to manage crossfunctional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  
• Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  

Execution and Monitoring:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  
• Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with clients stakeholders and project teams.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status issues and risks.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices.
  
• Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
  

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues developing contingency plans as necessary.
  
• Proactively manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  

Mentorship and Development:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
  
• Foster a culture of learning and professional growth within the project management team.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 510 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of managing largescale projects.
  
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
  
• PMP Agile Scrum or similar certification is highly preferred.
  

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and software (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana).
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
