Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team and assist in managing and optimizing our operational processes. This role involves close collaboration with various teams including Project Owners (POs) Scrum Masters (SMs) and crossfunctional departments.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining communication tracking project progress gathering essential data and generating reports that contribute to project health dashboards. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who aspires to understand both the operational and software development aspects of our company and has the potential to grow within the operations or Scrum roles.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Owners (POs) and Scrum Masters (SMs) to ensure clear communication channels and efficient coordination between teams.
Act as a central point of contact for information flow between various operational units ensuring seamless collaboration and timely updates.
Follow up on tasks action items and project milestones to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.
Assist in gathering relevant data from different sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports based on collected data providing insights and updates for project health dashboards.
Assist in maintaining and updating project data ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
Support the identification of operational improvement opportunities and contribute ideas for streamlining processes.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills that will contribute to a potential future role in operations or Scrumrelated positions.
