Job Description

  • Develop a trusted customer relationship with all clients and be their main person in contact for the company product service enquiry and advice.
  • Understanding of the client’s flight operations and business needs, proactively supporting them with suggestions on ways to better usage of the company products & services as well as positioning additional solutions whenever applicable.
  • Responsible for scheduling regular business meetings and visits to clients.
  • Conduct regular ticket reviews to track progress and ensure the prioritization of tickets is correct based on any client’s needs.
