Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 23 years of retail senior management experience preferably in a multistore environment.
Proven ability to drive sales achieve targets and maximize profitability.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for coaching and development.
