Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of multiple stores across specific regions ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets customer service standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to optimize store performance.
- Recruit train coach and develop Store Managers and store staff to enhance their skills and foster a customercentric resultsdriven culture.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing store performance identifying opportunities and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure that stores provide exceptional customer service delivering The Body Shops unique brand experience.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to maintain optimal inventory levels manage stock replenishment and execute visual merchandising plans.
- Monitor product assortment and make recommendations for product mix adjustments based on sales trends and customer feedback.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 23 years of retail senior management experience preferably in a multistore environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales achieve targets and maximize profitability.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a passion for coaching and development.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
