Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of API testing to join our banking team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills technical acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Analysis:
- Elicit analyze and document detailed business requirements for banking products and services ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- API Testing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive API testing strategies to validate the functionality performance and security of banking systems.
- Utilize API testing tools and frameworks to automate test cases and identify defects.
- Analyze test results and report findings to relevant teams.
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies in banking operations.
- Prepare datadriven reports and presentations to support decisionmaking.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process changes.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders including business users developers and testers to ensure alignment and project success.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
