In this role you will get to analyzing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, and developing recruitment plans to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.What You'll Be Doing:Workforce Planning:• Analyze current workforce data to identify trends and gaps.• Forecast future staffing needs based on business goals and market trends.• Develop and implement workforce plans to address staffing requirements.Recruitment Strategy:• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.Data Analysis & Reporting:• Collect and analyze data related to recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.• Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and workforce planning to senior management.• Use data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.Candidate Sourcing & Selection:• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Employer Branding:• Assist in developing and promoting the company s employer brand to attract top talent.• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization.Compliance & Best Practices:• Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and workforce planning.What Required Skills You'll Bring:• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.• +5 years of experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or a related role.• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) may be preferred.• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational and time management skills.
