Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring & Recruitment:
- Lead endtoend recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Accounts Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records related to HR activities.
- Monitor and manage HRrelated budgets and expenses.
- Administration Management:
- Handle daytoday HR administrative tasks such as documentation employee records and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Managing Recruitment Team:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the HR department.
- Employee Happiness:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- Policies and Procedures:
- Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct Disciplinary Actions:
- Handle disciplinary actions when necessary ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of company policies.
- General Management Duties:
- Collaborate with other departments to address crossfunctional issues.
- Contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.
- Payroll and Compliances:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Qualifications and Skiils:
- Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in HR roles preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws payroll processes and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
