We are actively looking for Sr HR Executive who has good skills and knowledge in the HR stream and must be knowledgeable about core HR fundamentals and have a good problemsolving attitude.

# You Must be Know

  • Candidate must have knowledge and experience in the IT service domain of at least 2 years.
  • Its Work from the office job location Bhanvarkuan Indore

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Hiring & Recruitment:
    • Lead endtoend recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  2. Payroll and Benefits:
    • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
    • Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  3. Accounts Management:
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records related to HR activities.
    • Monitor and manage HRrelated budgets and expenses.
  4. Administration Management:
    • Handle daytoday HR administrative tasks such as documentation employee records and data management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  5. Managing Recruitment Team:
    • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the HR department.
  6. Employee Happiness:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  7. Policies and Procedures:
    • Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  8. Conduct Disciplinary Actions:
    • Handle disciplinary actions when necessary ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of company policies.
  9. General Management Duties:
    • Collaborate with other departments to address crossfunctional issues.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.
  10. Payroll and Compliances:
    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Skiils:

  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 years in HR roles preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws payroll processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
