- Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively source and screen candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed Naukri and other relevant job boards.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques including Boolean and xray searches to identify potential candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct screening to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activity and candidate pipeline.

- Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven 35 years of experience in sourcing candidate profiles for technical roles.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job posting and sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn Indeed Naukri etc.
- Proficiency in utilizing Boolean and xray searches for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills and Time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
