Our client a small luxury hotel nestled in Tewkesbury Park is seeking a talented Bar Supervisor to join their team. Renowned for exceptional service and honest hospitality, the site offers guests a memorable experience. The 90+-bedroom hotel overlooks the stunning Park and is home to an excellent restaurant with a renowned bar team. The client is offering a salary of 25,500, with tips.

What Does the Role Entail?

The client seeks a passionate and hands-on Bar Supervisor to lead their talented bar team in an operational capacity. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar and maintain the stock, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, maintain standards, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the dining experience.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will have bar management experience and a strong understanding of bartending. You should possess a genuine passion for customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

What Is On Offer?

The client is offering an excellent package up to 25,500 including tips, with an 8-hour work day and additional paid days worked. You will also have access to the gym, given access to staff discounts, uniforms and meals provided while on duty.
