Sr Wholesale Operations Specialist

JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:

Monitors and processes customers orders accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate order status to customers and track delivery

Understand and adhere to vendor compliance guidelines

Performs inventory audits for the company on a regular basis

Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination

Assists in identifying possible risks and opportunities and reporting them to the manager

Overseeing the ordering and packaging process

Provide invoices and other documentation and information when requested

Complete adhoc reporting when requested and perform special tasks as needed

Requirements

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Has good communication skills both oral and written

Experience in: Netsuite Salesforce Shipwire & GSuite

Data processing experience preferred

Must be professional and friendly hardworking organized detailoriented able to independently problemsolve

Excellent professional work standard

Experience in working with EDI is a plus
