Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness generate leads and support the overall growth objectives of INNOVATE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including email marketing social media PPC and SEO.
  • Create and manage content for the company website blog and social media channels to increase online presence and engagement.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Content Creation:
  • Write and edit compelling content for various marketing materials including brochures newsletters case studies and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote INNOVATEs services and solutions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Management:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events trade shows and webinars.
  • Coordinate logistics manage registrations and promote events through various channels.
• Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Monitor and maintain the companys brand image and reputation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics SEO tools and email marketing platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
