Job Description
Are you passionate about fashion and ready to take the reins in a creative fastpaced environment Our client is looking for an experienced Fashion Retail Manager to lead their studio team and manage the daytoday operations of their fashion studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and inspire a team of designers stylists and photographers to produce highquality creative content.
- Oversee the studio schedule to ensure all projects are completed on time and align with brand aesthetics and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with retail marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure all product shoots and campaigns are aligned with current trends and business objectives.
- Maintain the studio space ensuring equipment and tools are properly managed and maintained.
- Manage budgets ensuring costefficiency across all studio operations.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors ensuring seamless integration of services.
- Ensure consistency in visual standards across all creative outputs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Store Manager experience within the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative flair with a deep understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms and understanding of online retail processes is a plus.
