  You will be responsible for management accounting in the 4th division which primarily handles Games as a Service (GaaS) titles within an organization that oversees development studio management midterm planning and title lineup strategies.

  Your tasks will include:

  • Management accounting for GaaS (mobile/PC games) business and projects.
  • Various research tasks necessary for formulating short to midterm plans (internal and external environment).

  Given the need for multideployment across mobile Super Game PC/CS and adaptation to global business models management accounting design based on the overall company and business strategies is essential.

  There will be numerous communication opportunities with producers and development team managers allowing you to feel the success of projects while collaborating closely with the development teams.

  • Experience or knowledge in the gaming/IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in either management accounting or business planning.
    • Management Accounting: Basic knowledge of financial accounting and experience in management accounting tasks (including balance sheet and cash flow).
    • Business Planning: Experience in business planning or corporate planning in a business company or experience in business planning areas in consulting firms.
  • Experience in project leadership and management in the abovementioned roles.
  • Intermediate or above level proficiency in Excel (functions pivot tables etc.).
  • Someone who not only completes tasks such as aggregation but also solves issues with a purpose in mind.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

MBA

  : Accounting knowledge (such as bookkeeping qualifications).
  MBA: MBA (Master of Business Administration) and Certified Small and Medium Enterprise Consultant.

Annual Salary:JPY Based on experience ability and previous work experience
