    Responsibilities include:

    • Designing the layout features and user experience of websites or applications
    • Implementing frontend entities using HTML CSS and JavaScript
    • Implementing responsive design
    • Improving user experience (UX)
    • Optimizing viewer behavior and performance
    • Implementing API communication with the backend

    You will be responsible for development tasks ranging from service planning/design to actual coding in the Service Planning/Design department. As the service is still in its developmental stages there is potential for actively proposing and incorporating new technologies such as AI or VR in the future. We are actively seeking individuals with a mindset to contribute to scaling the service!

    What Were Looking For in This Position

    Team Composition: 40 members (30 in the Philippines/10 in Japan)

    We have 10 engineers actively contributing in Japan with 7 of them being foreign nationals. While there are instances where both English and Japanese are used theres a support system in place for English within the team so there shouldnt be any concerns if you are comfortable with both languages.

    We are looking for someone who can take the lead not only in conveying requirements accurately to the development team in the Philippines but also in demonstrating leadership for tasks ranging from design to instructions and reviews.

    As we plan to expand the team of Japanese development members and broaden the development areas there is potential for you to aim for technical specialist or manager positions in the future.

    Initially we would like you to lead the development team technically but we are eager to hear about your envisioned career path as well.

    Japanese proficiency level of N2 or above.
