Is this role looking for someone who has some architect experience in particular or looking to move into architecture 1. Ideally yes architect experience is preferred. But I understand that with the qualifications & role we have put together that candidates may be more on the move into architecture side
2 What are top 3 must have skills and years experience with each 2. We are asking for generally 1 year of experience the must have skills would be system architecture design application architecture design and experience with modern programming language (ideally python)
3 Is manager open to recent grads with relevant experience IF sowhat would relevant experience look like to her 3. Relevant experience for a recent grad is a bit tricky. One thing that comes to mine is demonstrating having worked with a system with interconnected applications and how the different applications in such a workflow are impacted by each other.
