Job Description
STIBO MDM Consultant
Only candidates with a UK work permit will be considered.
We are seeking a highly skilled STIBO MDM Consultant with extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and proficiency in the Stibo Systems STEP MDM platform. As an MDM Consultant you will play a critical role in designing implementing and managing our MDM solutions ensuring data integrity quality and availability. You will be working in a hybrid model with both inoffice and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute endtoend MDM projects using Stibo Systems STEP platform.
- Develop configure and maintain MDM solutions to support data ingestion modeling quality/validation and syndication processes.
- Design and implement data workflows match/merge logic and data governance frameworks within the STEP MDM tool.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective MDM strategies.
- Ensure the highest levels of data quality consistency and integrity by utilizing the STEP MDM tools capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any MDMrelated issues optimizing system performance and usability.
- Provide technical leadership guidance and mentoring to junior team members and developers.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the latest Stibo STEP MDM software versions and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 78 years of handson development experience in Master Data Management (MDM) as a Developer Senior Developer or Team/Technical Lead.
- At least 5 years of handson experience with Stibo Systems STEP MDM platform.
- Strong expertise in STEPs capabilities including data ingestion data modeling data quality/validation match/merge logic internal workflows and data syndication.
- Proven experience with the latest versions of Stibo STEP MDM software.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Regular Expressions and XML.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience in the Financial Services vertical is a plus but not required.
