Position: Temp LVN/LPN Long Term Care (Nights)

Pay is 40/per hour ( as per experience )

Location: West Branch MI 48661 USA

Job Type: Fulltime Contracual

Contract: 4 weeks ( Extremely extendable )

Shift: Nights; 6p6:30a with 30 min lunch 36 hrs/week

Weekend Requirements: every other including holiday rotation if scheduled

Certification/License/Registration:

BLS Certification Required State License Required.

Responsibilities:

At least two years of SNF/LTC Med Surg experience.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager / ADON/ DON the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty. Nursing care is provided through assessment implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. The RN adheres to the standards of care for the area manages the environment to maintain resident/patient safety and supervises the resident/patient care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follows all Villas policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Follows where applicable JCAHO standards.
