Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team remotely. This role will be clientfacing requiring exceptional communication skills and experience working with U.S.based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate regularly with clients primarily over email and skype to understand their needs provide status updates and ensure excellent customer service.
Train other virtual assistants in marketing as needed.
Manage social media accounts across major platforms like Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram TikTok etc. and review content/design on a consistent basis.
Work with content writers and edit copy for marketing collateral like web pages emails blog posts case studies etc. for proper grammar tone and style.
Review client website designs ads campaigns and other deliverables to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.
Understand basic keyword research and analytics to optimize SEO efforts like site content links and meta descriptions.
Ability to track and report on key marketing metrics like leads website traffic social followers ad spend ROI on a monthly basis through CRM and Google Analytics.
Troubleshoot any client issues and work with our internal team to resolve them promptly.

Type: Selected candidate will have to work fulltime
Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST business day.
