Our clients are some of the world s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Federal Grants Management Software Training Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our users including federal agency staff and grant recipients are proficient in using our grants management software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal grants management and software training with a passion for education and technology.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

.

Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs specific to federal grants management software including instructional materials presentations and online content.

.

Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for federal agency staff grant recipients and internal employees both inperson and virtually.

.

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

.

Conduct Monthly Training Sessions: Lead monthly training sessions for federal grants specialists and external stakeholders ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective use of the grants management solution.

.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Engage in continuous collaboration with client agency staff to develop indepth subject matter expertise in the administration and use of the grants management software.

.

Manage Training Personnel: Oversee and coordinate additional training staff to maintain a consistent and highquality training experience for all participants.

.

Develop New Training Materials: Create and design new training materials in PowerPoint adhering to client policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility regulations.

.

Update Existing Training Materials: Regularly revise training materials including screenshots and presentation decks to incorporate updates and fixes ensuring 100% accuracy in process documentation.

.

Review Draft Changes to Training Materials for Accuracy: Meticulously examine all proposed changes to training materials originating from the client agency to ensure they reflect current processes and standards maintaining a high level of accuracy and relevance for the client s grants management system.

.

Create Quarterly Training Calendar: Develop and publish a quarterly training calendar listing upcoming training opportunities for both internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication of available sessions.

.

Ensure Website Accuracy: Work closely with client points of contact to ensure training dates and materials are posted on the the client s website promoting courses and providing support resources for users.

.

Participate in Client Status Meetings: Attend twiceweekly status meetings with the client agency to provide updates align on training initiatives and discuss feedback from recent training sessions.

.

Weekly Status Reporting: Prepare and submit a detailed weekly status report logging training dates new initiatives and participation counts from the previous weeks training sessions.

.

Task List Management: Continuously manage and update the task list to ensure all deadlines and contractual requirements are met.



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal grants management and software training instructional design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using grants management software and various training tools. Familiarity with elearning platforms and LMS is essential.
  • Strong experience in developing and delivering training programs both inperson and online.
  • Indepth knowledge of federal grants management processes regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and methodologies in the software training landscape.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree Required
  • Degree in Education Public Administration Information Technology or a related field.


Required Certifications:

  • No required certifications.

Other:

  • Must be US Citizen.
  • Must have Active Public Trust clearance or Ability to Obtain it.
  • Remote work. Willingness to be onsite as needed.


Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years of experience conducting user research. Experience with human- centered design and end-to-end customer/user experience projects for enterprise-wide Federal and commercial services. Experience with methods including usability testing, heuristic evaluation; experience creating artifacts like research plans, moderator guides, usability testing scripts, journey maps, service blueprints, and other documentation to collect and convey research findings. Knowledge of best practices for interaction design for cross-platform devices and applications. Strong analytical and writing skills; the ability to synthesize findings, formulate insights, and make recommendations. Great communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Experience recruiting and scheduling research participants. Not required, but a plus: Experience with manual testing for Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 conformance. Minimum Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field Required Certifications: No required certifications Other: Must be a US Citizen
