Landscaper Handyman Construction - Management Training Program

The Landscaper/Handyman/Construction professional is a versatile and skilled individual responsible for a wide range of tasks related to landscaping general maintenance and construction projects. This position requires a combination of physical labor technical skills and problemsolving abilities. The Landscaper/Handyman/Construction professional must have knowledge of various construction techniques and be familiar with landscaping practices to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Landscaping:
   

   • Designing planning and implementing landscaping projects including planting lawn care and irrigation systems.
     
   • Maintaining and enhancing existing landscapes by pruning fertilizing and performing regular maintenance tasks.
     
   • Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers trimmers and leaf blowers.
     
   • Installing and repairing landscape features such as fences retaining walls walkways and outdoor lighting.
     

2. General Maintenance:
   

   • Performing routine maintenance tasks including painting carpentry work and repairs.
     
   • Fixing and maintaining plumbing and electrical systems.
     
   • Conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs and addressing them promptly.
     
   • Assisting with the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and other equipment.
     

3. Construction:
   

• Assisting in construction projects including demolition remodeling and renovation.
  
• Reading and interpreting blueprints plans and specifications.
  
• Operating construction tools and equipment such as power tools drills and saws.
  
• Ensuring compliance with building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
  
• Collaborating with other team members such as contractors and architects to complete projects on time and within budget.

   • Interacting with clients and addressing their questions concerns and requests.
