Job Description
The Training and Development Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for cloud applications to ensure all users are proficient and can leverage cloud tools effectively. This role requires creating engaging training materials and videos.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop training curricula and materials for cloudbased applications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers.
- Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Maintain documentation of training activities and user competence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education IT or related field.
- Experience in developing and delivering IT training programs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and applications.
