Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team!!!
At Clarifi Staffing Solutions were committed to enhancing the wellbeing and functional independence of our students. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through comprehensive rehabilitation services.
In This Role Youll:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Monitor students progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Educate students families and school staff regarding strategies for promoting independence mobility and overall physical wellbeing.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensures or eligibility for licensures as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
