The Role:


As a Customer Experience Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient administrative operations by setting up and updating campaigns ensuring data accuracy and gathering missing client information. Youll collaborate with customers and team members for timely deliveries maintain campaign records relay customer feedback internally promptly report issues and transcribe meeting notes for review.

Key Responsibilities:

.

Set up and update campaigns ensure data accuracy and gather missing clients information.

.

Collaborate with customers and team members for timely deliveries.

.

Communicate customer feedback internally and promptly report issues.

.

Transcribe meeting notes into useful documents.

.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email.

.

Troubleshoot problems escalate complex issues and analyse common issues to improve selfhelp resources.

.

Review and reconcile client accounts.

.

Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation.

.

Assist client with invoice understanding and document reconciliation processes communications and resolutions.





Requirements

Key Requirements:


.

Minimum 2 years of fulltime experience in an administrative or customer service role

.

Experience in billing or reporting is a plus

.

12 years of reconciliation and invoicing experience familiar with Xero software

.

Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint

.

Basic understanding of data analysis including VLOOKUP and basic reporting concepts

.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

.

Familiarity with Canva for creating visually appealing materials.

.

Knowledge of sales performance metrics

.

Proven teamwork and dedication

.

Ability to perform well under tight deadlines and pressure

.

Creative thinking and strong problemsolving skills

.

Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
