Job Description
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of one or more functional areas within Dynamics 365, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Supply Chain, Projects, Production or Finance
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Good understanding of data migration and integration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience working with clients in the manufacturing, construction, distribution, or retail industries is a plus
